'Doan's Mania' is the tale of a poor pathetic man called Doan. Plagued by visions of pure insanity, Doan inhabits an incredibly dark and chaotic reality. His visions and dreams lead him to believe that he has terrible powers and that he has committed all sorts of sick disgusting acts. This album covers the breadth of his mania, from the moments where he feels as though he is free to fly like a cloud, to the most nightmarish hell rides possible, and even some moments of confused clarity.
